Spent some time in the Ennis area taking pictures of the Bluebonnet bloom. All I can say is wow!

It was a real good bloom along the Bluebonnet Trail, south trail, this year.  I never knew this, but there is such a thing as an “albino” Bluebonnet. I had the pleasure of meeting and talking to a gentleman named Sylvester Holy. He was gracious to open his hay field along FM 1181 to the public for the enjoyment of the Bluebonnets. By far this was the best area along the south trail.
